The ZW#610 hydrogen leak detection element uses Nitto DX-2106H tape, which quickly changes color from amber to black (depending on the percentage of hydrogen). As an additional safety measure to detect gas leaks. Because it makes it easier to detect intermittent leaks, inspection time can be shortened. DX-2106H will not return to its original color once exposed to hydrogen gas.
